Customer asked what “Partial” means in the Note column that they received in their monthly afterhours usage report.
Response to Customer was:
Partial means the full length of the booking time was not able to be completed.
Some reasons this may occur can be:
- The booking overlaps with a normal building schedule
- The booking is less than the minimum booking time requirements set for the Tenancy
- For an immediate booking that is booked for 60 minutes there will be a discrepancy of 5 minutes due to the system allowing a 5 minute window for the booking to get in to the WebCTRL schedule. The next release of AfterHours 2.4 will deal with this by only allowing a booking to be made 5 minutes in the future.
